Tha Carter III...423K Sales In The First Day

WHY? HOW? WHAT HAS THIS EARTH COME TO? Lupe has been struggling since December and finally broke 500K and earned himself a gold record just recently. Lil Wayne sells 423,000 THE FIRST DAY! Think about this. If people keep doing this...he might just beat Outkast's record for a Diamond disc. 500K = Gold. 1M = Platinum. 10M = Diamond...Outkast>>>>>>Lil Wayne. The self proclaimed "Best Rapper Alive" obviously hasn't seen the impact he's had on hip hop compared to the impact Rakim, NaS, KRS-One, or OutKast has had. WEEZY F. JAILHOUSE LOVE BABY CANNOT RAP. He's just another long haired, club hit making, sex addict who occasionally kisses dudes on the mouth...But you know...that makes him totally acceptable in todays culture. With that said...
